If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return it within 30 days of receipt and in saleable condition for a refund or like-for-like exchange.
Returns are only accepted online for products purchased directly from getsgolf.co.za. If you have purchased from a Wellputt retail partner, then they must also arrange your return or exchange.
If on receipt of your product you are uncertain about your purchase, please keep your item in the original packaging until you have decided whether or not you wish to keep it.
All returns for refund or exchange should be unused.
Please ensure the return order is well packaged and protected from damage in transit.
Wellputt is committed to product excellence and stands behind the quality of the products it produces. From time-to-time manufacturing faults can and do occur. If you think your product has suffered a manufacturing fault, please contact us. Items that are damaged by wear and tear, an accident or misuse are not considered faulty.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
To make a return login and visit your account page, click on order history and select the appropriate order. Click “Merchandise return” and complete the web form to let us know which products you will be returning. Once complete, our customer team will approve the return.
Once your return request has been accepted, please return the product to the address given in the paragraph below.
